This 4/5 star hotel was constructed over a three year period on a very difficult site adjacent to Waterloo. It consists of 1150 bedrooms and 5 basement levels and a build value of circa £120m. We acted as project monitors for the funders and client with the contractor operating on a construction management basis. The design was carried out in the UK and Israel.
